Assistance with everyday tasks

This includes assisting with and/or supervising personal tasks of daily life to ensure you can live the most independent life that you can. These supports can be provided in your home or within the community.

It could include help with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, gardening etc or accompanying you to community activities and appointments. It is referred to ‘Daily Activities’ or ‘CB Daily Activities’ in your NDIS Plan.

Travel and Transport

We provide aid with transporting clients to appointments, school, employment etc. We have access to fully qualified and experienced drivers, specialised cabs and transport. If you/the client needs to be accompanied with public transport or privately we can also assist with a support care worker.

Understanding choice and control

To access the appropriate services and understand the supports you receive, including the documentation, we can organise interpretation and translation services as well as the National Relay Service.

Living an independent life

We assist you to understand and access the funded supports in your Plan, link into appropriate providers and get choice and control over the

supports you receive. We prepare regular, high quality Assessments, Outcome reports as prescribed by the NDIA.
